Brewers & Athletics End in Tie in Extra Innings
The Brewers and Athletics game ended in a tie for the first spring training game of the season for the two clubs. The score was 3-3, and the game ended in the 10th frame. Jason Kendall, Corey Hart, Craig Counsell, Brad Nelson, and Scott Thorman all batted 1.000 for the Crew. Hart also had a steal. Recap.

Gotta love the ties in Spring Training. Nothing sayd "get excited" about the return of baseball like a good 10-inning tie. I put very little value in spring baseball until at least the middle of March.
